Australia's pirate game enthusiasts have had a busy 4th quarter in 2020 on the Android platform. Sensor Tower's data provides us with a treasure map to the performance of the top pirate-themed mobile games during this period. Let's set sail and explore these trends.

Pirate Kings™️, published by Playtika, has maintained a steady course with revenues peaking at around $6K in early December, and weekly active users (WAUs) showing a slight decline from over 1K to around 750 users by the end of the quarter.

Pirates of the Caribbean: ToW, from JOYCITY Corp., experienced fluctuating revenues, with a high of over $7K in late September and a dip to around $2K by the year's end. The game's downloads and WAUs mirrored this trend, with downloads starting at 240 and dipping to 141, and WAUs decreasing from 360 to 250.

Pirate Evolution!, by Zynga, saw its revenue drop from nearly $8K to below $2K. Downloads followed suit, plummeting from around 2.8K to just over 400. WAUs also saw a downward trend from over 5K to just under 1.3K.

Mutiny: Pirate Survival RPG by Helio Games, which launched late in October, showed an interesting pattern with an initial revenue spike of over $500 in its third week, followed by a gradual decrease to around $300. Downloads after launch week remained fairly steady with a slight decrease over time, while WAUs grew from 222 to over 400 in November, before dropping to below 250 by the end of December.

Lastly, Age of Sail: Navy & Pirates by Special Gamez, showcased a revenue range between $88 and $283. With no new downloads recorded, the game's WAUs showed a slight but steady decline from 220 to 180 over the quarter.
